This offering hails from the Sumbul-Providence Region in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia and is from a producer by the name of Ronald Girsang. This coffee is a wet hulled processed coffee, and is processed differently than any of our other current offerings. Wet Hulled means the coffee cherries are depulped at the farm and then fermented overnight for 12 to 14 hours to help break down the mucilage, and then dried rather quickly to a moisture content 30% to 50% before continuing along the supply chain. it reaches its final ready to roast moisture content of 11% to 13% at the exporters mill.
